Remote-First Global Solutions Engineering Director

UpGuard is seeking a Director of Global Solutions Engineering to lead our technical engine behind revenue. You'll manage Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants across regions, driving pre-sales demos and post-sales technical support. You'll work closely with CRO and executive leadership to scale processes, boost win rates, and align with product and enablement.
