Corporate/M&A Associate Attorney

Key responsibilities: Assist in managing and executing corporate transactions, including joint ventures and middle market deals Provide legal advice and support to clients in various industries, focusing on deal-making and transaction structures Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to ensure effective communication and strategic planning throughout the transaction processRequired qualifications 2-4 years of experience in Corporate and M&A law, preferably at an AM Law 100 firm Experience with a variety of transaction structures, including joint ventures Strong understanding of corporate law and related fields such as investment management and finance Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
