NA Benefits Lead Health, Retirement & Compliance

Alfa Laval is seeking a North America Benefits Partner who will manage end-to-end benefits programs across the United States and Canada. This on-site hybrid role supports HR, payroll, finance, and employees from Richmond, VA or Houston, TX. You will own Open Enrollment, retirement programs, and compliance with ERISA/ACA/HIPAA, while optimizing data accuracy across HRIS and vendors. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' benefits experience are required.
