Maintenance Associate

Hours: 10AM - 8:30PM

Job Duties: Disassemble following specific procedures and using appropriate toolsThoroughly clean equipment components to remove petroleum product residues, mud deposits and other contaminantsInspect disassembled parts to identify damage, wear, and signs of corrosionPerform minor repairs if necessaryAssemble equipment after cleaning and repair, following manufacturer specifications and quality standardsMaintain accurate inventory of spare parts and tools used in the disassembly and cleaning processFollow strict safety protocols when handling petroleum products and using tools and equipmentCollaborate with maintenance and production teams to schedule disassembly and cleaning times to minimize production interruptionsSkills: Mechanical disassembly and assembly skills, including the use of manual and power toolsAbility to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standardsInspection skills to identify defects and damageAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyKindly share your resume with answers: Q1: How much hands-on mechanical maintenance or equipment experience do you have?
