Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Internal Medicine - General/Other - $120 to $125 per hour in Brooklyn, NY

Highlights: No call required. Monday through Friday clinic schedule, full time need. Fast credentialing process, about 30 days. Patient volume averages 16 to 18 patients per day.

Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic setting. Medicare population, majority of patients are 65+.Primary care case mix includes diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and CAD history. Support includes nurse practitioners, MA or scribe support, and clinic RNs.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.Full time coverage requested. No call responsibilities. ASAP need with a minimum 3 month commitment.

Requirements: Must be an MD or DO.New York medical license required, will not wait for license. Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. DEA required.
