This variable-hour role offers an opportunity to make an impact on adult learners while working evenings.
Teaching and Curriculum:
Deliver engaging virtual classes via Microsoft Teams on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
Plan, organize, and modify instruction to meet diverse student needs.
Design, update, and align course materials and assessments with college standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required; three or more years of HR professional experience preferred.
Industry certifications such as PHR or SPHR are preferred.
Prior experience with curriculum development and LMS platforms like Canvas is a plus.
Work Environment and Expectations:
This is a remote position authorized in select states, requiring a safe home office.
