Role Overview: The Account Executive is responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to presenting, closing, and onboarding new fleet clients. Through ongoing face-to-face interactions, active listening, industry expertise, and analysis, AEs are responsible for delivering a proactive fleet management solution that highlights the financial and operational value of partnering with Enterprise Fleet Management. Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify B2B and government leads through research, referrals, cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking. Maintain a consistent meeting schedule with key decision-makers, including fact-finding meetings, presentations, and proposal reviews. Successfully close quality accounts and effectively execute onboarding activities that deliver on the value proposition presented.
Consultative Sales and Strategy:
  • Learn each prospects business, including financials, fleet needs, industry trends, and long-term goals.
  • Create customized fleet management recommendations that demonstrate financial, operational, and strategic value.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a business-related field is required for this position
  • Must reside in the Denver, CO metropolitan area
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B or outside sales experience
  • Experience selling to the C-suite preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Valid drivers license with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years
  • No DUI/DWI or other drug/alcohol-related driving convictions within the last five (5) years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
