Assistant Controller – Construction Accounting Leader

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Controller in Milpitas, CA. You will partner with the Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, project accounting, and billing for construction projects. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of progressive accounting experience in construction, strong Excel skills, and hands-on leadership to manage staff and collaborate with project managers and operations leadership. CPA is preferred but not required.
