FP&A Analyst – Growth & R&D (Onsite, Menlo Park)

Mainspring Energy is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to provide financial planning and analysis support to R&D and G&A leaders. You will help build annual plans, analyze variances, and develop models to guide strategic decisions, collaborating with department heads across the organization. The role is onsite at the Menlo Park HQ. You will drive long-term planning, build scalable FP&A processes, and contribute to special projects and ad-hoc analyses as the company scales.
