The team is small, technical, and operates close to the mission, with decisions made by the people doing the work, reporting to an ex-Palantir Product Leader. What You Will OwnOwn design end to end across the platform, from the problem to the shipped result Make systems-level component and interaction decisions that shape the platform Translate customer and mission signal into platform-level design direction Deliver pixel-perfect work directly in the codebase, not just to handoffThis role is a strong fit for Product Designers who think like Design Engineers, already prototyping in code and using AI coding tools as part of their daily workflow.What You'll Need 5+ years product design experience with an emphasis working on complex products.
