Information Technology Support Technician

COMPANY: Tech/AI Healthcare StartupPOSITION: IT Support TechnicianLOCATION: New York, NY (with the ability for occasional travel)

HOURS: 8:30am – 5:30pm (with general flexibility to address issues off hours)

OFFICE REQUIREMENTS: 4–5 days in officeCOMPENSATION: $80–120K base + generous benefitsBACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED: RequiredResponsibilities of the IT Support Technician:-Ensuring that the company's daily IT operations run smoothly-Managing and resolving all support requests in a structured and efficient manner-Handling support issues via phone, email, and in person-Providing technical support across the entire organization-Serving as the primary liaison with the company's external IT provider, coordinating support requests and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues-Assist with technical setup of meetings-Perform ad hoc IT tasks and projectsRequirements of the IT Support Technician:-2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support-Strong customer service skills-Team-oriented, collaborative, and positive attitude-Responsible, reliable, punctual, and flexible-Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is an advantage-Experience working within the financial services industry (or similar) is an advantage-Previous experience in a service-oriented role is an advantage-Comfortable working independently, with a tech-forward mindset and an interest in emerging technologies, including AI-Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
