Global Customer Storytelling Lead

Taxbit is seeking a Global Customer Marketing Manager in San Francisco to build and scale our customer marketing function worldwide. You will engage customers across regions and translate complex tax-automation offerings into clear business value. You'll work with Sales, Customer Success, and SMEs to develop reference programs, case studies, and tailored content for crypto, fintech, and financial services clients, while using AI tools to accelerate delivery and maintain brand voice.
