About the Role: The Company is seeking a Lead Process Estimator with a strong background in process piping and equipment estimating, particularly within the water and wastewater treatment sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating self-performed piping and equipment scopes for complex projects, developing bypass strategies, and pricing for work involving active process systems. This role requires a practical understanding of treatment plant operations, experience in both hard-bid and design-build project delivery, and the ability to manage costs associated with maintaining plant operations during construction. The Lead Process Estimator will also be involved in supporting design-build pursuits, collaborating with various teams to understand existing systems, and contributing to the development of the company's design-build practice. Applicants must have a proven track record in estimating, with a focus on construction sequencing, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of estimators. Strong communication, collaboration, and independent work skills are essential. The position offers a hands-on leadership role, with the opportunity to influence how the company prices and wins work, and to establish best practices in estimating.
