Cloth Doffer - B Shift Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 14.25 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Second Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 07:00pm to 07:00am) Remove, package, and label finished fabric rolls from weaving equipment while ensuring product quality and accuracy. Monitor loom roll sizes and schedule doffs to minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently. Collect fabric samples for quality testing and process finished goods using the CAMS system. Safely operate powered industrial trucks to transport and stage finished rolls within the warehouse. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment while following all company procedures. Cloth Doffer - B Shift Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Basic reading, writing, and math skills required. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to understand, follow, and carry out verbal instructions and established work procedures. Dependable, safety-minded, and capable of performing job duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
