Labor & Employment Counsel | Senior Litigation Advisor

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking an attorney in the Legal Division, Labor and Employment Field Unit to provide counsel on labor and employment laws and regulations, conduct investigations, and defend the FDIC in arbitration and litigation proceedings. Qualification requirements include a J.D. or equivalent, active bar membership, and at least one year of specialized experience in labor relations and employment law.
