Director, Renewable Tax Credit Transactions

Mickelson & Company, a boutique advisory firm focused on tax-motivated capital solutions, seeks a Commercial Transaction Manager (Associate or Director) to lead end-to-end tax credit transfer financings and related project financings for clean energy projects. You will manage a team, perform financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution while coordinating with developers, lawyers, and advisors to drive transactions through closing.
