Product & Technology Counsel

Entrusted Advisors, a woman-owned and operated legal services company, is seeking experienced product and technology counsel interested in remote secondment and project-based opportunities supporting corporate legal departments. We are particularly interested in attorneys with experience partnering directly with product, engineering, technology, business, and cross-functional teams to provide practical legal guidance throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities may include: Advising product and business teams throughout the development and launch of new products, features, and services Identifying and assessing legal and regulatory risks associated with product development and deployment Providing practical, business-oriented guidance to product, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams Advising on privacy, data protection, consumer protection, and other regulatory considerations affecting products Supporting product launches, feature reviews, and go-to-market initiatives Counseling teams on emerging technology and evolving legal and regulatory requirements Developing scalable legal guidance, processes, and policies to support product teams Collaborating with privacy, commercial, regulatory, compliance, and other legal specialists as needed
