Service Support SME (Mission Command Ex)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of Mission Command Exercises (MCX).Develop and integrate service support scenarios into exercise design. Advise exercise planners on sustainment and operational support requirements. Coordinate with military and civilian stakeholders to ensure realistic exercise conditions. Evaluate service support operations during exercises and provide recommendations for improvement. Assist in developing exercise objectives, injects, and training products. Participate in rehearsals, execution, and After Action Reviews (AARs).Produce reports, lessons learned, and recommendations for future exercises. Ensure all activities comply with government standards and operational objectives.

Required Qualifications: Associate degree or qualifying military experience in accordance with the contract requirements. Graduate of an advanced U.S. military Officer or Noncommissioned Officer professional military education course. Experience assigned to Special Operations Forces or qualifying military organizations. Ability to integrate operational support functions into Mission Command Exercises.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience planning and executing Mission Command Exercises. Experience supporting Special Operations headquarters. Joint planning experience.
