Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney

What You'll Be Doing: Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Handle trust and estate administration matters, including probate proceedings. Advise clients on estate planning, wealth preservation, and succession strategies. Assist with estate and gift tax returns. Work directly with clients, fiduciaries, and financial advisors. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex estate planning matters.

What We're Looking For: 1+ years of experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, or probate. JD from an accredited law school and active Illinois Bar admission. Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with estate planning documents and trust administration.
