Senior Real Estate Counsel Hybrid & Strategic Transactions

Target is seeking a Director - Real Estate Counsel to lead transactional real estate matters across the portfolio, including leasing, purchase agreements, easements, and development agreements, while advising business partners. The ideal candidate will have a J.D., Minnesota bar admission, 5+ years of real estate experience, excellent negotiation and writing skills, and a collaborative, process‐driven approach in a hybrid work setting at Target.
