Franchise and Distribution Associate (Mid-Level) - Minneapolis

Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on franchise, licensing, and distribution matters. Support franchise program development, regulatory compliance, and commercial agreements. Assist with domestic and international expansion strategies. Handle franchise-related M&A and other corporate transactions. Work directly with clients on sophisticated matters and assume significant responsibility.

Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in M&A, general corporate, and/or licensing matters. Franchise experience preferred but not required. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage a demanding workload. Demonstrated maturity, initiative, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
