Senior Heavy Civil PM - Roads & Utilities

gpac is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager in Kansas City, MO to oversee municipal-scale roadways, sitework, utilities, and other public infrastructure from preconstruction to completion. The role requires 5+ years of heavy civil construction and strong PM skills in budgeting, scheduling, and contract management. You will coordinate with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
