The Opportunity: This firm has an established Labor & Employment practice representing clients across a notably diverse mix of industries, including transportation, health care, private equity, retail, and hospitality. The group handles the full range of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims; wage-and-hour disputes; restrictive covenant and trade secret matters; whistleblower claims; employment contract disputes; and class and collective actions. The practice also regularly advises employers on day-to-day workplace issues, risk management, and employment strategy. One of the key advantages of the platform is its significant rate flexibility, giving partners greater latitude to retain existing clients, pursue new relationships, and take on matters that may be difficult to accommodate at firms with increasingly high billing rates.
