Responsibilities: Draft and prosecute high-quality U.S. and international patent applications across complex technology sectors. Formulate strategic global IP portfolios aligned with client business objectives. Interface directly with corporate IP leaders, decision-makers, inventors, and USPTO examiners. Manage freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, patent landscape studies, and IP counseling.

Qualifications: 5+ years of dedicated patent drafting and prosecution experience. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and an undergraduate/advanced degree in engineering, hard sciences, or computer science. Registered to practice before the USPTO and admitted to at least one State Bar in good standing. Proven track record in managing complex patent dockets with minimal supervision. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 – $300,000.
