This hands-on role will oversee daily ground-freight operations, support team development and ensure customers receive a consistently high standard of service.
Responsibilities:
- Allocate workloads and oversee daily freight operations
- Monitor workboards, data accuracy, invoicing and operational KPIsSupport quotations, customer reviews and account retention
- Mentor agents and promote a positive, productive team environment
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and service standards
Requirements:
- Four years' relevant transportation or logistics experience
- Previous supervisory, mentoring or team-lead experience
- Strong customer-service and relationship-management skills
- Organized, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Good numerical, analytical and Microsoft Office skills
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Package$80,000 base salary
