Location: Remote, In-Office (NYC area), or Hybrid
Experience Level: 3–10 years (open to more senior attorneys seeking a streamlined role)
Compensation: $160,000 – $220,000, commensurate with experience
We’re seeking ajunior to mid-level associatewith experience inasbestos litigationto join a litigation boutique. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling depositions and producing clear, detailed work product in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct depositions throughout
- New York and New JerseyDraft occasionalmotions and supporting documents
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cases progress efficiently
Requirements:
- Licensed in both New York and New Jersey
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, ideally with asbestos matters
- Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to workindependently and reliably, whether remote or in-office
