Cage Supervisor

Essential Functions: Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide cultureand demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times. Safeguard Company assets. Assist in writing and implementing the necessary policies and procedures to ensure that cash handlingis performed within accepted standards established by management, accounting and regulatoryrequirements. Responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed as required, and that all items are balanced at the close of business. Provide exceptional service to all external and internal guests. Responsible for ensuring that all credit transactions are posted accurately to the computer and guests'accounts. Issue credit in accordance with property credit policy. Oversee the collections process. Responsible for the final balancing of funds and assets assigned during shift. Assist the Cashiers in the check cashing and credit needs of the Guests. Ensure that all procedures set forth by the State Compact are followed. Assist in hiring and supervising Cashiers in the performance of their duties.
