Rytech Restoration is seeking an experienced restoration professional to lead water mitigation and fire restoration projects. This Water Mitigation & Fire Restoration Lead Technician position is ideal for a WRT-certified technician who can manage field operations, maintain job quality, and help take ownership of mitigation projects.

$20-$25/hour, BOE (based on experience) and overtime work

Employment Type: Full-Time
Primary Duties:
Lead and manage water fire cleanup, mold remediation, and water mitigation projects
Inspect affected properties and identify the scope/source of damage
Maintain documentation including photos, notes, and moisture readings
Perform demolition, extraction, and structural drying activities
Set up and monitor restoration drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers
Maintain job quality standards
Support team members
Qualifications:
WRT Certification required
Minimum two years of water and fire restoration experience
Ability to work independently and lead projects
Strong customer service skills
Strong communication skills
A clean driving record
Availability for on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
