AI-Driven Change & Insights Lead

Capital Group seeks a Change Management & Insights Lead in Los Angeles to design and run how we measure real behavior change across the firm, in partnership with the Enterprise AI Change team. You will own the listening system, keep it sharp, and ensure insights inform strategy. You’ll collaborate with AI, analytics, and product teams to connect signals from usage data and surveys, turning findings into actionable guidance for leaders. This is a thinking role, not a reporting job.
