Job Description:- Lead all onsite construction activities for a 32-story luxury high-rise condominium project
- Develop and manage project schedules in partnership with the Project Manager and Project Executive
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and site logistics to maintain production goals

The Successful Applicant 8+ years of construction industry experience with a general contractor
Proven experience leading high-rise residential or multifamily projects
Strong knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, manpower planning, and field operations
Experience managing luxury condominium or multifamily tower construction projects
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
