Nail Artist

Responsibilities: Perform precise e-file manicures and pedicures, including cuticle work, shaping, and nail preparation. Provide hard gel services, including overlays, extensions, and safe removal. Offer gel, and or pedicures, and custom nail art as needed. Consult with clients on their nail-care needs, preferred styles, services, and home care. Recommend appropriate products and treatments. Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized workstation in compliance with Maryland health and safety standards. Build client loyalty through exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Contribute to a positive, respectful, team-oriented salon culture.

Requirements: Valid Maryland Nail Technician or Cosmetology license, or eligibility to obtain one. At least one year of professional salon experience with e-file manicures/pedicures and hard gel systems. Proficiency in hard gel, gel polish, and nail art techniques. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for modern nail design. Excellent communication and client-service skills. Dependable, professional, organized, and comfortable working in an appointment-based environment. Eager to learn advanced techniques and grow professionally.
