Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. They will work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care. The ideal candidate will have one year of adult ICU experience, is committed to elevating their professional practice, and seeks to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
