Overview: Position Type Full Time Category Admin - Clerical
Description: Position Overview Receptionist:
  • The Service Department Receptionist will greet and assist customers and employees in person and via phone. This position reports to the Service Department Manager.
  • Key Required Proficiencies:
  • Filing
  • PhotocopyingScanningAnswering incoming calls
  • Any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.
  • A positive attitude and good work ethic
