What Your Day Looks Like:
  • Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships and built in documentation time, so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect a productivity of 75% of their day.

  • Hourly ($33-35) or pay-per-billed-visit ($42–$54/hour). We'll walk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.

  • What You Need
  • Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
  • Colorado DORA PTA license, or eligible to obtain 5+ years of clinical experience
