Campus Security Director, Health System Leadership

Montefiore seeks a seasoned security executive to lead the Moses Security department across Moses, CHAM, MAP and surrounding campuses. You will guide the security team to safeguard patients, staff, visitors and assets, while shaping policies and budgets for 24-hour operations. You will direct day-to-day security, mentor staff, assess risks, implement access controls and ensure regulatory compliance in coordination with hospital leadership.
