Experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney 160K to 200K plus

Proner & Proner is an established Manhattan plaintiff's personal injury firm seeking an experienced litigation associate who is ready to take ownership of cases and manage a litigation caseload with substantial independence. Our practice includes significant New York Labor Law §§ 200, 240 and 241 matters, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases and other serious personal injury claims. This is not a junior training position. We are looking for an attorney who already knows how to move a New York personal injury case through litigation and who wants meaningful responsibility within an established plaintiff's practice.

Our firm has a substantial Spanish-speaking clientele, and a bilingual attorney who can communicate directly and comfortably with Spanish-speaking clients would be particularly valuable. Compensation Base salary of approximately$150,000–$200,000+, depending upon experience and demonstrated ability, together with performance-based bonus compensation, major medical insurance and 401(k).Exceptional candidates with substantial relevant experience will be considered above the stated range.
