Aquatics Director: Lead Pools, Programs & Staff

Arch Amenities Group, located with The Mayerson JCC in Ohio, seeks an Aquatics Director to lead and coordinate all aquatic facilities and programming. This role requires strong leadership to ensure safety, schedules, and guest satisfaction align with Arch standards. You will drive staff recruitment/training, manage the annual pool operations budget, and develop programs to increase member participation. Certifications and flexible scheduling are expected.
