What You Will Do:
Provide market intelligence and make introductions to founders and executives.
Review confidential information memoranda and management presentations.
Participate in PE sponsor pitches and provide operational due diligence input.
What We Are Looking For:
Regional VP, COO, President, or CEO with multi unit experience.
Fifteen plus years in multi unit operations with direct P&L responsibility.
Strong network and ability to handle non public information with discretion.
Compensation:
Per deal success fees and optional retainer for active sourcing.
Equity participation on select engagements; no fixed hours or minimum commitment.
