Respiratory Therapy Director — Lead a High-Impact Team

Countryside Manor in Fremont, Ohio is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapy Director to lead our RT team and uphold high clinical standards for residents with complex respiratory needs. This role will partner with nursing, physicians, and leadership to ensure safe, high-quality care on a daily basis. The RTD will oversee daily respiratory services, support staff development, and lead initiatives to recruit, onboard, and retain skilled therapists.
