Background check and drug screen required, Motor Vehicle Report required - this role requires driving to various sites to do specimen collections. Must be available for various times and dates for call-outs to sites. Excellent communication skills and ability to present professionally to customers. In-person / onsite role only, 10 - 20 average hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Performs onsite collection for drug & alcohol testing of urine, hair, saliva, breath specimens as needed onsite for customers in adherence to defined testing protocol
- Serves as the backup collector for drug & alcohol testing of urine, hair, saliva, breath specimens as defined by the customer in clinics
- Ensures sufficient collection supplies are fully stocked for weekly needs for onsite testing scheduled
- Provides feedback and communication with customers on the logistics of testing protocol
- Assist customers with questions and needs as needed
- Maintains required paperwork, scans, and files daily to ensure proper reporting and records
- Assist with after-hours testing in the surrounding area as needed by customers
- Assist all departments as needed
Experience:
- High School Diploma with 1 year of industry experience (preferred), but not required
- Computer Skills:
- High-level knowledge of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs)

You must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting in Tulsa. Travel 80%
