Seeking a remote, full-time CPA Tax Supervisor, this role will manage ASC 740 tax provisions and compliance, preparing and reviewing complex tax filings while ensuring minimal oversight on engagements.
Key responsibilities: Prepare and review ASC-740 tax provisions and federal, multi-state, and consolidated tax filings Analyze and document temporary vs. permanent differences, including foreign reporting components Identify and implement tax adjustments and planning opportunities while assisting with pre-audit support
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA or EA with 5+ years of public accounting tax experience, including ASC 740 exposure Experience with CCH Axcess or similar tax software Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including preparation and review of provision workpapers Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and document tax positions
