Fleet Mechanic

Schedule: Applicants must be willing to work assigned shift hours and days, typically Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:30PM, and participate in the on-call rotation every other Saturday. The ideal candidate will: Work cooperatively as part of the maintenance team. Possess the standard hand tools required to perform the job and have experience using them. Have strong communication skills. Have relevant experience troubleshooting and repairing diesel- and gasoline-powered vehicles. Hold a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement and a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate. A Passenger Endorsement is preferred. Applicants without one must obtain it within six months of hire.
