What You'll Do: Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks Communicate clearly with customers and team members Complete required training and follow company policies Perform other duties as assigned
