About the Role: The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Enterprise Strategy team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enabling the team to operate with a high level of focus, discipline, and impact. This includes working closely with the Vice President of Enterprise Strategy to translate leadership priorities into an integrated agenda, coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives, and ensuring clear ownership and accountability. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for maintaining an integrated view of the enterprise strategy portfolio, driving follow-through on leadership decisions, and preparing for engagements with senior leadership and the Board of Directors. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for business, finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related discipline, and typically 7 or more years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, operations, transformation, or an executive support role. The role requires a candidate with strong strategic thinking, business acumen, execution leadership, stakeholder management, and effective communication skills. A Master's degree or MBA, experience in a corporate strategy group, and advanced Power Point and Excel capabilities are desirable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting senior executives on enterprise-level priorities, a strong knowledge of the company's business and strategic priorities, and the ability to anticipate and proactively address leadership needs.
