Loan Servicing Specialist

MEMBERS ONLY in Cincinnati seeks a detail-driven Loan Closing Specialist to manage the closing of diverse loan portfolios, from predevelopment to permanent financing for affordable and market-rate housing and community development projects. You will coordinate with borrowers, attorneys, and loan officers; maintain closing records; support loan servicing; and help ensure timely closings, accurate files, and strong partner relationships in a collaborative team culture.
