Key responsibilities:
Manage project operations as principal investigator or project director, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Lead the development of study designs, methodologies, and data collection tools for international assessments
Oversee data collection and analysis efforts, communicating findings effectively to clients and stakeholders
Required qualifications:
PhD in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
Firm understanding of implementation science and experience with data collection methodologies
Experience managing project teams on research and evaluation projects
Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analytic software packages
Experience in grant and proposal writing for federal and state clients
