Shift Day Job Hours Mon-Fri 8a-5pJob Location Kokomo, Indiana Highlights Community Physician Network is seeking an Internal Medicine physician or Endocrinologist with special interest in Type-II Diabetes management to join our new Diabetes Care Clinic in Kokomo, Indiana. The physician in this role will join a multi-disciplinary team (NP, pharmacy, social work, Diabetes educator) in an outpatient setting. Ideal candidates will be collaborative and have a passion for educating patients to improve outcomes and quality of life.
