SUMMARY: The Processor provides’ effective problem resolution by combining technical knowledge with unsurpassed relational skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist participants via phone, walk-ins (HW/Pension/Annuity)Check emails for all FUNDS (HW/Pension/Annuity)Process monthly eligibility reports (HW)Assist participants with applications/death notifications (HW/Pension/Annuity)Send employer verifications (Pension)Prepare election form (Pension)Prepare retroactive interest for verification (Pension)Prepare summary analysis for verification (Pension/Annuity)Request initial payments from financial institution (Pension/Annuity)Suspend members due to death or no annual affidavit (HW/Pension)Send out initial payments to members (Pension/Annuity)Check for recalculation (Pension/Annuity)Estimate Pension benefits and vesting/credit services (Pension)Input/Reinstate employee eligibilities into system for benefit coveragesoincluding dependent information (spouse, child(ren), step-children) (HW)Termination of dependentso Over age, unqualified, divorce, death, etc. (HW)Updated member files with new information (HW/Pension)oChange of address, beneficiary information, etc.oStudent certifications, etc. COBRA (HW)oLoss of coverage and file set-upo Logging of payments received by membersoCOBRA deposits Retiree Benefits (HW)oRetirees under the age of 65oMedicareo Beneficiao Retiree trackingPGL Death Claim Processing (HW)Resolutions for discrepancies (HW/Pension)Processing of Mail (HW/Pension/Annuity)Semi-Annual Reports (HW)oStudent Certifications tracking (active and terminations)Ad hoc projects (HW/Pension/Annuity)Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management (HW/Pension/Annuity) Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Ability to provide effective leadership in all aspects of position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be dependable and maintain excellent attendance. Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills. Subject-matter expert within field. Ability to keep up with changes in information to Plan documents in order to quote benefits correctly. Ability to grow with changing demands of the position and the company. Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.

Experience:
High school or G.E.D. equivalent; and minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English. Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, memos, letters, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization. Ability to effectively address or resolve customer service issues within guidelines of the position.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid, class C license in state working with no adverse driving record.
