We specialize in quality pre-owned vehicles, flexible financing options, and a straightforward, customer-first buying experience. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated, professional Automotive Sales Advisor who is ready to earn, grow, and build a long-term career in the car business. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process from start to finish Respond to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and walk-ins promptly and professionally Build trust with customers by understanding their needs, budget, and vehicle preferences Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives Explain vehicle features, options, history, pricing, and financing opportunities Follow up consistently with potential buyers through calls, texts, and email Maintain accurate notes, appointments, and customer records in Dealer Center CRMWork with management and finance to help customers complete their purchase Assist with inventory, photos, videos, lot presentation, and dealership events when needed Represent Paragon Automotive with professionalism, honesty, and strong customer service
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Automotive sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with customers in person, over the phone, by text, and by email Organized and consistent with follow-up Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn Professional appearance and punctuality required Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plusCRM experience is a plus Social media, video, or marketing experience is a plus
