Low Voltage Lead Service Technician

Responsibilities: Lead installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage systems including security, access control, surveillance, and structured cablingSupervise and mentor junior technicians on job sites to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliancePerform system programming, configuration, and commissioning for low voltage equipmentConduct site surveys and assessments to plan and execute efficient installationsCoordinate with project managers and customers to ensure timely project completionDiagnose and resolve system faults, performing repairs and preventive maintenance as neededMaintain accurate service records, documentation, and inventory of equipment and materials Requirements: 3+ years of experience in low voltage systems installation and serviceProficiency with security systems, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, & structured cablingValid driver's license with a clean driving recordLow voltage BICSI Certification or relevant certifications preferredProven ability to lead a crew and manage job site responsibilitiesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the fieldExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities About Us: 3c Business Solutions Inc is a trusted provider of low voltage technology solutions serving clients throughout the Kaysville, UT area and beyond.
